This project was a planning exercise to assess what densities we could put on the site without impacting the grain and nature of bay Street too greatly.
The project was a mixed use with Retail at the base with restaurants and guest amenities on the podium level. Above was a hotel tower and a residential tower.
The tower was broken into three areas each with it’s own architectural identity so as not to present itself as a singular mass to the waterfront, additionally it was pushed as far forward on the site to have little or no signature to bay street.
